I am going through in vitro, but if it is not sucessful, what adoption agencies would you reccomend?

I am going through the process of an adoptive homestudy? How difficult is it to adopt a child 5 or younger from foster care? We are looking at children who are legal wards of their states, who have been in foster care, but are now up for adoption. Is it difficult? I called and a social worker said that one child can get up to 50 families interested in them? Any one adopt before?

I saw that you can adopt a pet on avatars but I cant see how, anyone have any ideas?
