I was talking with my Mom and she made the point that it is illegal to for a organ donor to profit from donating their organ but doctors are allowed to make hundreds of thousands of dollars.

She then said that adoption is basically the same way as an organ donation. She said that is the organ donor or natural mother isn’t allowed to profit from the procedure than the doctors, adoption agency, and attorneys shouldn’t be allowed to profit either.

What do you think? With adoption and organ donors nobody should profit because without a donor or natural mother their would be no product. Sorry I am trying to put it in language that will not offend anybody.

In Korea, for example, there are orphanages with many children and nobody wants them. It is a cultural thing and because they are not blood then if they adopted, it would be frowned upon.

I’m doing a project for a class I’m in and I need to know your opinion on this topic. Should single sex couples adopt a child? If you could email me with your opinion and if you could (you do not have too!!!!!) your religion and why you think that way. As an add on to this I’m not advocating nor am I trying to say anything against same sex adoption, I just need your opinion. Thank you.

My finace and I would be great parents and we would love to adopt some day. I have heard that it is very expensive and I would like to know if it is even an option for two people with a modest income?

And which is better/worse? My husband and I recently found out we can’t concieve and now we’re looking into the possibility of adoption. If you have experience with this please help. I’m overwhelmed with so many options and of course when you talk to them they make it sound like their option is better. I’m looking for some personal experiences.

I called to adopt a kid and the stupid people dropped her off when I was at work. Then they came back and took her away again before I had a chance to come home. I was wondering if over a time period I could re-adopt? This was in the sims2
