I was just wondering how old do you have to be to adopt a child or children?
I was wondering because in the future I was thinking about having my own child then adopting another child the same age. Thank you

Over 21, and it depends on the agency. Some require you to be much older.
Over 18 I believe, and [As far as I know] You must have a stable home life and income. Provide a decent shelter for the child and nurture and care for him/her until they’re suitable adults.
- My knowledge.
depends on the country and their rules. some need you to be married so that doesn’t normally happen till at least mid 20’s, some you can be as young as 18, i think UK is 21 and you don’t have to be married, China i heard was 29 but im not 100% on the source. just have to look at the countries requirments from where you want to adopt, good luck
21 and u also have to have a stable home
age 21
