I wish to Adopt a child from the Philippines?

I am a British National living in Hong Kong, I have already adopted a Filipina child born in HK but I would like to give him a sister. The law has changed in HK and private adoptions are no longer possible. Therefore, what do I need to do to adopt a baby from the Philippines.

i don't think the child necessarily has to be filipino. but if that's what you really want an agency could find you a filipino child from another country.
