What is the best national adoption agency?

I am going through in vitro, but if it is not sucessful, what adoption agencies would you reccomend?

We have started working with European Adoption Consultants but are currently going through the county. Look into foster/adoption, we were surprised at how much of a choice you can have through the county. In California you become a foster parent but you can choose to NOT take a child unless you can adopt them. We were surprised at how different the choices could be-you can choose the kind of child you want to adopt and the fees are not as ridiculous as foreign adoption. Good luck!
Why not go local, becaus the day you pick up the baby do you want to go three states away? Did you ever consider that there where 100's of babys waiting for moms,or pregnant ladies who want to adopt their babies, in your area? Were you considering closed or open adoption? There are many things to consider in adoption.
